Yay, Honeycomb! The Honeycomb reps are super responsive, & make it a point to take into consideration that I am working on a deadline in may instances. My rep, Michael Riva, has helped me, twice, to get a quote accelerated, which has been one of the deciding factor in my winning these policies. The other factor is that Honeycomb's rates are great!

Apartment Insurance Quotes It is very easy to get insurance quotes on rental properties, HOA, and apartment buildings with this carrier. They are still looking at condition of buildings and system updates and not just the age of the building unlike some carriers in CA. Self inspection is easy and everything is digital. Good pricing!

Platform and staff is great Platform and staff is great. Coverages are easy to add etc. Inspections need to be figured out. Its sometimes not easy for a property manager to get inside access to a unit. Perhaps give an option to skip certain steps and go back with the data saved. Additionally the time clock should not start for payment, signatures and inspections immediately after binding. It should start at the time of the effective date. In some cases the payment is required before the policy is even active.
