Declination of resubmitted quote that was originally approved We originally had a valid/bindable quote for one of our client's apartment complexes. The closing date had been pushed back a few times and by the time we were ready to bind, we had to re submit the quote as ours expired. After resubmitting we received a declination last minute with 2 days before closing. This was extremely unprofessional and made us look bad in the eyes of our client.

Platform and staff is great Platform and staff is great. Coverages are easy to add etc. Inspections need to be figured out. Its sometimes not easy for a property manager to get inside access to a unit. Perhaps give an option to skip certain steps and go back with the data saved. Additionally the time clock should not start for payment, signatures and inspections immediately after binding. It should start at the time of the effective date. In some cases the payment is required before the policy is even active.

From an agency perspective getting a… From an agency perspective getting a quote is total hit or miss, probably 70% of accounts we submit are declined. Functionality isn't fluid, systems don't work like most companies. For example, customer sends a check, you receive it but won't mark the account paid until the check clears and it appears like you don't even check you just place a 7 day waiting period to post the payment.
