Its sometimes not easy for a property manager to get inside access to a unit. Perhaps give an option to skip certain steps and go back with the data saved. Additionally the time clock should not start for payment, signatures and inspections immediately after binding. It should start at the time of the effective date. In some cases the payment is required before the policy is even active.
