USEasy claim filing, prompt approval, getting paid not so impressed. Claim process was easy to fill out, we got prompt approval, asked for direct deposit and have yet to receive it. Not impressed with customer service, English speaking person seems to be absent. Hard to get customer service without jumping thru several prompts. Not sure that we would use you again, we will see how long it takes to see our money.

USMostly a good experience Mostly a good experience. I had a unique experience and the choices on the claim form did not fit my situation. Need to have a space to submit more detail on what costs were incurred because of trip interuption and travel delay.

USWhy i only gave a 3 star rating.. Why i only gave a 3 star rating... there are several reasons.. first off it took nearly 3 months to receive my refund.. Allianz excuse was ... they did not receive my emails.. which is highly doubtful.. Then my phone calls were with many people whose English was questionable... Another issue was demanding I get a letter from hospice... which to me... is none of your business. when we purchase flight insurance.. people shouldn't have to jump thru hoops to get their money.. I finally had to fax info to get results.. I will be hesitant to purchase flight insurance nor recommend purchasing the insurance in the future.. I would not recommend purchasing if this is what you require to receive payment!!

USExtremely satisfied Extremely satisfied. Very responsive to pay claim. I read about how easy it was to apply for the insurance, but nothing on how they pay claims. We had a legitimate medical emergency and they paid in full the requested amount in a very timely manner.

USEasy to upgrade my travel insurance… Easy to upgrade my travel insurance rather than renew the same policy. I have still received an email asking me to renew despite the fact that I'd already renewed by upgrading.
