GBGood experience with customer service and app I have contracted Heymondo travel insurance twice, luckily I haven't had to make a claim so far. However, the experience with customer service has been excellent. I am planning to travel again soon and have questions to in order to choose the best option for me. Diana has been answering them so kindly and patiently. She is helpful and professional. I like Heymondo website, simple and clear, and the coverage and prices are competent. The app is very handy. CAI screwed up and forgot to purchase… I screwed up and forgot to purchase insurance until I landed in another country. HeyMondo still sold me a policy, but it doesn't take effect for 72 hours. I understand they don't want someone purchasing insurance after they're already in distress, but how's about some sanity - if I get hit by a car tomorrow, I'm not covered. That's stressful. Charge me a penalty, and add an exclusion for pre-existing conditions, but there's no need to blanket refuse coverage.
