Filed a claim first week Dec 2023 Filed a claim first week Dec 2023 - we keep contacting them asking why it’s taking so long. Filled out all the forms and sent them in. They keep saying we need documents. Our travel agent sent a detailed email explaining what money was refunded and what we lost. They keep saying emails aren’t good enough. That’s how everyone communicates! If I would have known they were not located in North America- never would have used them. We are still waiting for our refund 4 months later. We are seniors who need that refund to pay our bills.

With other companies I found myself on the phone for 1/2 hour and still don’t have it sorted. So this is a treat. All I can say is -GO HEYMONDO- Oh, and they don’t want an arm and a leg, prices are affordable as can be!
