Unfortunately my dog starting experiencing allergy issues and ear infections on a regular basis when he was a few years old. My husband and I were shocked how easy Trupanion made it to submit and receive payouts on claims when applicable. We love our dog and will certainly pay as much as we can to make sure he is healthy but there is such a relief knowing that Trupanion is there along with us. The submission of claims is extremely easy and efficient as I can easily submit them on my cell phone. I've also chatted both online and live with representatives regarding questions and they were able to assist and respond immediately.
