GBStick with it - it pays Signed up for insurance for my now 8 year old German Shepherd when he was nine weeks old. For years he was really healthy but we kept the policy in place. Over the last year he's had some real issues with a difficult to diagnose series of infections. Throughout the process Trupanion paid exactly what they'd committed to pay, with speed I did not expect. He's fine now but needs monthly injections to keep him clear. They continue to cover these - I'm thrilled.

GBNever does anything wrong and always… Never does anything wrong and always does everything right. My dog wouldn’t be here without Trupanion, and I definitely couldn’t afford his allergy shots to keep him comfortable. Always easy to get in touch with a representative and they’re always providing Chick-fil-A type customer service. I tell everyone about trupanion!

GBPointless waste of money Pointless waste of money. We are trying to figure out what is wrong with my dog. They blame everything on "pre existing condition" from when she was literally a puppy and we were having issues potty training her. There is ONE note in her vet file about this. So now any tests, and ER visits when she reacted badly to antibiotics, are referred to as pr existing conditions. My other dog had a minor bill and that also was still out of pocket as part of a deductible. I did the math and it is simply smarter for me to put $120 in savings every month instead of trupanion. I will never, EVER trust them. I need to get that same dog allergy tests, and I'm confident they will twist that into "pre existing conditions" because I didn't enroll her until she was 1. What a scam.
