Always easy to get in touch with a representative and they’re always providing Chick-fil-A type customer service. I tell everyone about trupanion!

Aside from the claims being paid out quickly & without a hassle, I was struck by the level of compassion exhibited by your truly remarkable staff. We will be forever grateful for this treatment during one of the most difficult times of our lives. We still have another dog with a Trupanion policy & will certainly keep coming back to you in the future.
