Unfortunately we were not informed of this until we received a cancellation notice in the mail. We called the office, found out the new (inconvenient) protocol and mailed the checks. Had to call to add a COI and was told that both our policies were canceled for non-payment. When we asked where the payments went that went sent (and cashed), they said they were applied. WHAT?? Makes no sense. Of course they also refused to refund the money until after the yearly audit. We've used them for years, no claims and this is the treatment we get. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
