Terrible Transition to New System The company changed their portal. Because they are apparently terrible at software development, existing policies can't use their new portal to make payments or check documents. Instead you have to wait until your renewal period to be able to use their new portal. Because my policy doesn't renew until June, I will have to wait 6 months. Which means I will have to write and mail a check every month until my renewal period and call and get documents manually sent to me if need be. Huge inconvenience. Don't waste your time with this company. Go find insurance some place else at a place that actually know how to actually take care of their customers.
