Note: there are two identical (100% - word by word - identical describing an incident with specific details) reviews, from two diferent people (diferent names and different locations) with a few months of difference. I find it hard to believe this was not paid fake reviews, but you never know. for you to judge... additions post vendors reply: please see the reply of the vendor for completeness. Best support team A group of 10 of us traveled to Namibia. We planned a day for quad biking our vacation. The reason I wanted to cancel the policy and get a full refund is because the embassy informed me that their policy is not meet the requirements of the insurance for Visa Shanghen.
