My trip was cancelled due to health… My trip was cancelled due to health issues. I was really excited for the trip but i wasn't feeling good and unfortunately wasn't able to join the trip and was cancelled. They refunded my money. Planning in June and will surely try this service again.

Real ratings? Maybe they are collecting paid (bot or otherwise) reviews. Note: there are two identical (100% - word by word - identical describing an incident with specific details) reviews, from two diferent people (diferent names and different locations) with a few months of difference. I find it hard to believe this was not paid fake reviews, but you never know. for you to judge... additions post vendors reply: please see the reply of the vendor for completeness. You would imagine a paid fake review campaign to be better so maybe they are right. Note to vendor: thanks for your remark and that you are polite. Fake insurance policy which is not accepted from embassy They asked my passport first page picture and to deduct 40% fees to refund me the insurance policy I purchased few minutes ago. The reason I wanted to cancel the policy and get a full refund is because the embassy informed me that their policy is not meet the requirements of the insurance for Visa Shanghen.

Had the misfortune of not researching… Had the misfortune of not researching EKTA and used them for insurance for family holiday to East Africa. Sadly luggage was never delivered, and After 10 weeks of chasing eventually came up with non sense that they would not cover the lost airline luggage. Slow, and clearly looking for every reason not to support fair claims. Will do my research better next time!
