Best support team A group of 10 of us traveled to Namibia. We planned a day for quad biking our vacation. We inquired if it was possible to include sports coverage for just that day, but the support team clarified that this option wasn't available. it was either all-inclusive sports coverage or none at all for the entire policy. After discussing with our group, we opted for maximum coverage regardless, as you never know what to expect in advance. Grateful to Irina for her assistance in the decision-making process.

Real ratings? Maybe they are collecting paid (bot or otherwise) reviews. Note: there are two identical (100% - word by word - identical describing an incident with specific details) reviews, from two diferent people (diferent names and different locations) with a few months of difference. I find it hard to believe this was not paid fake reviews, but you never know. for you to judge... additions post vendors reply: please see the reply of the vendor for completeness. You would imagine a paid fake review campaign to be better so maybe they are right. Note to vendor: thanks for your remark and that you are polite. Unfortunately Unfortunately, Ekta doesn't provide a multi-trip insurance option. This is crucial for me as I travel frequently. Currently, I've purchased a single trip insurance policy. I rate them 4 stars,hoping my feedback will be considered, and I can become their regular customer. Their service is very convenient.
