GBVery quick service call and pool was… Very quick service call and pool was fixed in a couple of days. Have had FAHW for many years with good result when needed. Tried AHS on a home where FAHW wasn't available and it was a disaster. Waited 10 days for a tech to show up and 31 days for a heater fan to be replaced in the middle of winter. Always some excuse... roads too icy, fan not available, etc. Fan was in stock everywhere else but their supplier apparently. FAHW now services that state thank goodness.

GBThe technician was very good at his job. The technician called me when on his way as requested. He was very professional and determined the issue and had it repaired within 45 minutes. I was very pleased as many times parts have to be ordered delaying the job. I was very pleased he was able to repair it right away. I will request this company in the future for any appliance needs.

GBBy the book. Your Sears tech was really by the book. His work order said "oven". and not "microwave". He was going to leave, until I called your office, and was told it was ok to fix. He is really by the book. He did a great job on the dryer. But the microwave was different.

GBFirst Am is only as goo … First Am is only as good as their contractors. Most of my experience is ok. Getting rid of a problem contractor takes effort.

GBTim at Axis Tim the service technician from Axis was amazing. It was a difficult repair but he resolved the issue with my refrigerator. All is working perfectly. A big thank you to Tim at Axis and FAHS.
