Glad I Chose ASPCA Pet insurance wasn’t available when we first had pets, then I wasn’t sure if it was necessary. We just rescued a dog and felt it was time. I’m very pleased I chose ASPCA pet insurance. It was simple to sign up, then submit my first vet bill, and within days notification of payment to my bank account!! Don’t hesitate if you’re on the fence.

App is super easy to use App is super easy to use. Getting a quote was super easy to do online also. Just great communication and ease of use has been amazing! I was on a free trial with Trupanion and they were difficult to get a quote and they didn't follow up until the day my free 30 days was up. I saw your booth at WVC and Ericka was awesome answering my questions and helping me navigate the site/app. Sww that you were top rated on Pawlicity Advisors too. Love this option.

Kitten accident not covered. I purchased this policy, and then my cat had a freak accident before the 14 day grace period was up, so ASPCA refused to cover anything. I realize this is technically in the contract I signed - so I supposed I shouldn't be angry about it. But ASPCA didn't budge at all with helping me with any percentage of the bill. I was trying to do the right thing by having insurance for my pet but it turns out it didn't matter.

Sent me a reimbursement check Sent me a reimbursement check, which I deposited. They then put a stop on that check without notifying me whatsoever (I even double checked my ASPCA account…no notification) and my bank charged me a fee because of it. Waiting for paperwork from my bank so I can submit it to ASPCA and find out why they stopped the check and demand a refund for both the check and the fee my bank took. Pretty disappointed that this happened within my first month of membership with them and with the first check they mailed out to me.

Fair plan that covers many costs for my 2 Rescues I have had ASPCA insurance on my 2 rescues a couple years now. My experience has been that it is best to ask your Vet for Soap notes and medical records to submit with the invoice claim you file for a better outcome. I have had most claims paid and the company is reasonable just lacking communication between customer service and claim reps as I had to keep calling to get information updated. This seems to be a recent issue as it didn’t occur when I first purchased my insurance plans. I like the direct deposit option for reimbursement which expected the process a bit.
