I was on a free trial with Trupanion and they were difficult to get a quote and they didn't follow up until the day my free 30 days was up. So far not so good So far not so good. Even though both mused AND my vet submitted medical records, ASPCA says they haven’t received anything and that they are going to cancel the claim. Log in, and it says right there, the day the records were submitted. Getting extremely frustrated… hopefully soon I can get a reply and update this review. As of right now, I’d say definitely do NOT buy ASPCA Pet Insurance.

Prompt, easy, not cheap, but peace of mind Prompt claim processing, and easy platform to navigate. I don't like, however, how much the prices increase each year (and that you can't increase your coverage once you've reduced it). That said, it's a great peace of mind to have to know I can take my cat to the vet whenever he needs it, and not worry about how much it will cost.

My feelings about The ASPCA Insurance network I am getting more accustomed to using the newer platform. I found it complicated to have to take the bills picture first then upload from the photo site. It seems like it would be easier to take the picture while filling out the claim form but as I said I have figured it out now. There have been some longer waits but I do understand that sometimes you are busier than others but overall I am happy with your service.
