Disappointed Well the item I ordered was actually stolen in transit so I haven’t received anything yet. I don’t think it’s their fault but it’s hard to be happy about my experience when it’s really awful. I really want to emphasize this was not Gem Shopping’s fault!! I received a message from GSN regarding this issue and they are working with the shipper and their insurance to take care of my loss. They even asked that I reach back to them so they can help me find a perfect replacement! 4 STARS ⭐️

I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but I am disappointed every time. I don’t think they have quality products and are very overpriced. Also the return process is difficult. You have to be interrogated about the reason you want to return an item.
