Every pice of jewelry I have ever… Every pice of jewelry I have ever bought has had something go wrong that cost me money. Stones not set evenly, stones missing or fall out after one or two wearing. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but I am disappointed every time. I don’t think they have quality products and are very overpriced. Also the return process is difficult. You have to be interrogated about the reason you want to return an item.

I wanted to rate 0 star I wanted to rate 0 star. After I waited for six days for my online order to arrive, I saw the status was still “processing”. Then I contacted customer service with the order number and account information. What I got was “there was no such order”!! I don’t know what is wrong with the store. But I wasted all the time for the order to come so I could use as a gift. Never had worse experience than this!
