Every pice of jewelry I have ever… Every pice of jewelry I have ever bought has had something go wrong that cost me money. Stones not set evenly, stones missing or fall out after one or two wearing. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but I am disappointed every time. I don’t think they have quality products and are very overpriced. Also the return process is difficult. You have to be interrogated about the reason you want to return an item.

I was disappointed in the quality of… I was disappointed in the quality of the service when I requested a certain size. The ring was sized incorrectly and I had to pay for shipping to send it back and did not get reimbursed. Since the ring was too small, more material needed to be added to correct the mistake. Once the item was resized, I could see the added portion of the ring and the shape was not symmetrical. I decided to keep the ring because I didn’t want to send it back for them to mess it up even more. I am hesitant to purchase from this seller and have it sized by them.

Over the past couple of months I have… Over the past couple of months I have purchased several items. Some of them have been disappointing. Almost as if the scale on air has been skewed. I’m not implying that’s the case, but the items received appear much different in person. While I appreciate the seven day return policy, it does get pricey to return items. You must pay to ship the item back, and the additional cost to insure it. I recently questioned a manager regarding the GS customer reviews. They have no reviews on their website newer than 2021. Additionally, the reviews that are posted are all favorable. No negative reviews at all. I am awaiting a response. One thing that is consistent is the level of customer service. Thus far, my experience with customer service has been stellar.
