Multiple calls & emails for a simple… Multiple calls & emails for a simple claim filing. Kept getting requests for more information without any feedback. Had to call information request person twice then no word from claims adjuster for weeks. Then adjuster mistakenly stated not eligible for insurance. If didn’t know better, experience is typical run around that give insurers a bad name. Almost as if insurer wanted any way possible to frustrate insured to avoid paying claim.

Red Sky Honored Hurricane Ian Claim We purchased RedSky Travel Insurance via a booking with Garden City Realty in Myrtle Beach. Hurricane Ian had a direct hit near our condo a day before our scheduled arrival. Garden City Realty informed us that the condo would not be inhabitable on the first day of our trip. We canceled the entire week. Although it appeared that by the 3rd day of the week, we could have got into our rental, Red Sky Insurance honored the claim and paid in full.

I was diagnosed with cancer & had to… I was diagnosed with cancer & had to cancel because I wasn't sure when treatment was to begin. This company really beat around the bush, doing everything in order not to reimburse me. I would never recommend this company to anyone
