Efficient, thorough and settled quickly Website was easy to use. Doctor’s submission was requested by myself; however, dr office was dragging their feet and I had to keep calling. Red Sky kept me advised the claim was open and offered an option. That helped resolve claim quickly. Always get travel insurance. Stuff happens even with the best plans.

Terrible Claim Settlement Process! … Had to make several calls and submit tons of information twice because they said they never received first set of required information even though representative verified claim. Sent registered mail 2nd time to make sure they received it. Kept switching who was the administrator for claim on each call which was several. Took way too long to settle 3 months. Would never use Red Sky if possible!

Very fast Very fast, very easy to submit our claim. We had to file a claim due to a weather-related closure that affected our destination. We got a refund within a few days via Zelle direct to our bank account.

Bought travel insurance for a vacation rental… Bought travel insurance for a house rental in San Diego. When our trip was cancelled by the property company citing COVID concerns, we filed a claim with RedSky who promptly, and without any clarifying questions to us, cancelled our claim. We had no recourse and lost thousands of dollars. Like any insurance company, Red Sky Insurance will give you “reasons” why they don’t cover your claim. In the end, if insurance companies do not actually “insure” you and your situation, it’s like a boat with a hole in it. It won’t accomplish what you had hoped.
