Tropical Storm Ophelia-Day of vacation missed Tropical Storm Ophelia shut down ferry service to our destination and caused us to loose 1 day of our vacation. We had to get a hotel and wait for ferry service to resume. RedSky reimbursed us for our hotel expense and for the day we missed at our rental . I am so glad we purchased this insurance. I finally received a refund from the condo company which they never should have charged me for as I canceled within their cancellation policy. Won’t be going there anymore. Thank you.
