Sent registered mail 2nd time to make sure they received it. Kept switching who was the administrator for claim on each call which was several. Took way too long to settle 3 months. Would never use Red Sky if possible!

The way you assessed the card The way you assessed the card, I NEVER USED IT and you calculated the TIME when I did not use it, which is NOT FAIR. It should be in my mind based on usage. I bought the card to use it only in the second half of the season, because I knew that I will be first half of the season in Australia. If I knew you would do, I would NOT purchase the insurance.

Red Sky Honored Hurricane Ian Claim We purchased RedSky Travel Insurance via a booking with Garden City Realty in Myrtle Beach. Hurricane Ian had a direct hit near our condo a day before our scheduled arrival. Garden City Realty informed us that the condo would not be inhabitable on the first day of our trip. We canceled the entire week. Although it appeared that by the 3rd day of the week, we could have got into our rental, Red Sky Insurance honored the claim and paid in full.
