When our trip was cancelled by the property company citing COVID concerns, we filed a claim with RedSky who promptly, and without any clarifying questions to us, cancelled our claim. We had no recourse and lost thousands of dollars. Like any insurance company, Red Sky Insurance will give you “reasons” why they don’t cover your claim. In the end, if insurance companies do not actually “insure” you and your situation, it’s like a boat with a hole in it. It won’t accomplish what you had hoped.

The Arch Red Sky Insurance representatives I spoke with helped greatly by reminding me of the steps to take with the rental company, as well as what documents to forward to Arch for the processing of our claim. Email notices were sent as each document was received, as well as reminders about what was still needed. This communication was really helpful. We appreciate the competence and the kindness of the Arch representatives and will use Arch Red Sky for future travel insurance.
