GBYour services were fine Your services were fine. I was happy to receive a check for $500 which was my original claim. I finally received a refund from the condo company which they never should have charged me for as I canceled within their cancellation policy. Won’t be going there anymore. Thank you.

GBTerrible Claim Settlement Process! … Had to make several calls and submit tons of information twice because they said they never received first set of required information even though representative verified claim. Sent registered mail 2nd time to make sure they received it. Kept switching who was the administrator for claim on each call which was several. Took way too long to settle 3 months. Would never use Red Sky if possible!

GBCutting our vacation short. Once we were able to get upper… Once we were able to get upper management involved, out claim transaction was exceptional. The level of service we received was 5 star, they were prompt and efficient.
