CAThe way you assessed the card The way you assessed the card, I NEVER USED IT and you calculated the TIME when I did not use it, which is NOT FAIR. It should be in my mind based on usage. I bought the card to use it only in the second half of the season, because I knew that I will be first half of the season in Australia. If I knew you would do, I would NOT purchase the insurance.

GBTropical Storm Ophelia-Day of vacation missed Tropical Storm Ophelia shut down ferry service to our destination and caused us to loose 1 day of our vacation. We had to get a hotel and wait for ferry service to resume. RedSky reimbursed us for our hotel expense and for the day we missed at our rental . I am so glad we purchased this insurance. Thank you for taking care of us.

GBEfficient, thorough and settled quickly Website was easy to use. Doctor’s submission was requested by myself; however, dr office was dragging their feet and I had to keep calling. Red Sky kept me advised the claim was open and offered an option. That helped resolve claim quickly. Always get travel insurance. Stuff happens even with the best plans.
