Red Sky Honored Hurricane Ian Claim We purchased RedSky Travel Insurance via a booking with Garden City Realty in Myrtle Beach. Hurricane Ian had a direct hit near our condo a day before our scheduled arrival. Garden City Realty informed us that the condo would not be inhabitable on the first day of our trip. We canceled the entire week. Although it appeared that by the 3rd day of the week, we could have got into our rental, Red Sky Insurance honored the claim and paid in full.

RedSky is #1 I have never purchased travel insurance but with the current state of everything, especially travel, and the cost of this trip, I decided to purchase it. Grateful I did because the event that faced us just prior to the trip was covered. The claim process was very smooth, communication was excellent, and their decision was prompt! I received a full refund and will definitely use them again in the future. 5 STARS! Highly recommend!

Frustrating Frustrating. We still have not received our money back

Your services were fine Your services were fine. I was happy to receive a check for $500 which was my original claim. I finally received a refund from the condo company which they never should have charged me for as I canceled within their cancellation policy. Won’t be going there anymore. Thank you.

Very fast Very fast, very easy to submit our claim. We had to file a claim due to a weather-related closure that affected our destination. We got a refund within a few days via Zelle direct to our bank account.
