GBRedSky is #1 I have never purchased travel insurance but with the current state of everything, especially travel, and the cost of this trip, I decided to purchase it. Grateful I did because the event that faced us just prior to the trip was covered. The claim process was very smooth, communication was excellent, and their decision was prompt! I received a full refund and will definitely use them again in the future. 5 STARS! Highly recommend!

GBWhen my husband was hospitalized due to… When my husband was hospitalized due to the flu, we needed to cancel our vacation rental, just 10 days away. The Arch Red Sky Insurance representatives I spoke with helped greatly by reminding me of the steps to take with the rental company, as well as what documents to forward to Arch for the processing of our claim. Email notices were sent as each document was received, as well as reminders about what was still needed. This communication was really helpful. We appreciate the competence and the kindness of the Arch representatives and will use Arch Red Sky for future travel insurance.

GBRed Sky Honored Hurricane Ian Claim We purchased RedSky Travel Insurance via a booking with Garden City Realty in Myrtle Beach. Hurricane Ian had a direct hit near our condo a day before our scheduled arrival. Garden City Realty informed us that the condo would not be inhabitable on the first day of our trip. We canceled the entire week. Although it appeared that by the 3rd day of the week, we could have got into our rental, Red Sky Insurance honored the claim and paid in full.

GBMultiple calls & emails for a simple… Multiple calls & emails for a simple claim filing. Kept getting requests for more information without any feedback. Had to call information request person twice then no word from claims adjuster for weeks. Then adjuster mistakenly stated not eligible for insurance. If didn’t know better, experience is typical run around that give insurers a bad name. Almost as if insurer wanted any way possible to frustrate insured to avoid paying claim.
