If you forget to take a odometer picture no one else can take the picture or anything to prove to you the reading I travel for work I have a few cars and I forget from time to time and you continue to Bill and SCAM me and say you can't do anything except keep billing me... It's absolutely ridiculous!!!!

You guys change the premium without… You guys change the premium without warning and the odometer photo was due again just a week and a half after initially doing the odometer photo. I do the second and that's when my premium changed again, after already going up. I thought it was a late fee but customer service said it was my new premium from the new car I got. I was also offered no discounts while signing up, as I was offered the first time. You guys are expensive.

Just is great if you don't drive a lot The price is the best thing about Just. I've haven't needed to file a claim so I don't know how that process goes. I did not elect to have their device installed to track so my account is always adjusted at the end of the month because the app doesn't track accurately. I also don't like that they changed it recently so you have to use autopay. I prefer to have control of my own finances and sometimes need to float a day for money to come in.
