Telling someone how they could get in trouble with the police or the Department of Motor Vehicles if they don’t renew their insurance. You lowlifes make it sound like renew with us or else! Some people like senior citizens read that and probably panic and are afraid to drop you. That a really low business tactic and you should be forced to change the wording. You low life’s.

GBI've had to call the customer service a… I've had to call the customer service a few times and every time they were very nice and understanding they help me with my problem each time and it was done professionally and quickly and I like that.

GBScam Scam, they take money everyday even if not driving. Then they refuse to refund they have taken almost 900 from my wife in less than a month the charges rack up so fast the bank statements dont even keep up just another company taking advantage
