GBI've had to call the customer service a… I've had to call the customer service a few times and every time they were very nice and understanding they help me with my problem each time and it was done professionally and quickly and I like that.

GBYou can stop threatening customers who… You can stop threatening customers who choose not to renew their contract with. Telling someone how they could get in trouble with the police or the Department of Motor Vehicles if they don’t renew their insurance. You lowlifes make it sound like renew with us or else! Some people like senior citizens read that and probably panic and are afraid to drop you. That a really low business tactic and you should be forced to change the wording. You low life’s.

GBYou guys change the premium without… You guys change the premium without warning and the odometer photo was due again just a week and a half after initially doing the odometer photo. I do the second and that's when my premium changed again, after already going up. I thought it was a late fee but customer service said it was my new premium from the new car I got. I was also offered no discounts while signing up, as I was offered the first time. You guys are expensive.
