Michael worked very hard and got my washer working after 2 visits. However I'm concerned that my washer is making a very loud noise when it spins. I hope it's just the new parts....we'll see.

During my AC visit I was told the issue was with my damper, which I learned was not covered with my warranty plan. I did end up working with the company/tech they had assigned and paid out of pocket.

If you're talking about the electric… If you're talking about the electric system it still is not working correctly. This time it took out the entire room I don't know if this is related but one of the air conditioning units went out too. I've called it in as this is a recall and haven't received any response.
