Correction in policy in no time!!! Bought cover with wrong dates and as well wanted an extension of a month. Stacy from ISO corrected everything without any fine or additional fees. Everything from lodging the complaint (request) to resolution was done in less than half an hour without any phone call. Well done Stacy!!!

Student health Insurance I purchased a student insurance for my husband with ISO group and I’m very happy with my experience. As a foreigner, sometimes is difficult to understand how things works but the customer services team were very nice, very fast and patient to explain and send all infos I needed.

They’re always there to help “ISO Customer Care” (ICC) team has been given an appropriate name for they provide opportune help when needed. I made a mistake at providing the beginning date of my insurance plan when buying it. Once plan was paid and its documents were received I noticed the mistake. Then I sent a message to ICC. It did not take to long to receive the updated documents. They know what they’re doing and do it well. I give them five stars.
