THOutstanding customer support, extremely quick email replies I was initially panicking because my school changed its insurance coverage requirements, and the original ISO plan I bought no longer worked. So I emailed ISO, and Jonathan quickly replied within 30 minutes. He patiently worked with me to find a new plan, and calmly addressed the numerous questions I had. Thanks to Jonathan, I felt at ease through out the process. Would definitely recommend ISO to my friends because of its outstanding service!

USThey’re always there to help “ISO Customer Care” (ICC) team has been given an appropriate name for they provide opportune help when needed. I made a mistake at providing the beginning date of my insurance plan when buying it. Once plan was paid and its documents were received I noticed the mistake. Then I sent a message to ICC. It did not take to long to receive the updated documents. They know what they’re doing and do it well. I give them five stars.

AECorrection in policy in no time!!! Bought cover with wrong dates and as well wanted an extension of a month. Stacy from ISO corrected everything without any fine or additional fees. Everything from lodging the complaint (request) to resolution was done in less than half an hour without any phone call. Well done Stacy!!!
