Joe Kennedy (no relation) is a very good agent It was great that Joe Kennedy was able to answer me so quickly and get me switched. He is very easy to work with and I appreciate his follow through. It was unfortunate my installments increased but it was outside of his control. My suggestion is make it easier for the agent to have the most accurate quote when contacting to the potential client. Initially, Joe quoted one figure and when I provided information to pay, the rate increased. It is a bubble burster and If Bristol was not such a terrible experience, I would probably not have switched to pay more.
