GBBEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! WOW! Best customer service throughout the whole process. This company really does represent the interest of those shopping for insurance coverage. When there were unexpected issues that impacted my application, Quotacy went to bat for me. As a result, I will save almost $500 per year in premiums. That's 5 thousand dollars over the life of my 10 year term policy. I will recommend Quotacy to all my friends.

GBIf they are guilty of anything If they are guilty of anything, it is perhaps over-communication. I wish there was a preferred contact method that would reduce the calls, texts, and emails - but they were responsive no matter how I replied. The whole process was smooth, everything was scheduled and coordinated, and the I got the rate I was told at the beginning. I have no complaints, I'm not a phone call person, but that's not really their fault. :-)

GBHappy with policy but not so with Quotacy Agent response time I went with Quotacy for me and my spouse Term insurance quotes and during the overall process. We are happy to get the policies but I felt that there is a lack of urgency and customer obsession from the agent who helped us. I had a hard time reaching them out (no response to emails, calls, voicemails whatsoever when we need to talk to them). Response time is something that leaves much to be desired from Quotacy.
