USHappy with policy but not so with Quotacy Agent response time I went with Quotacy for me and my spouse Term insurance quotes and during the overall process. We are happy to get the policies but I felt that there is a lack of urgency and customer obsession from the agent who helped us. I had a hard time reaching them out (no response to emails, calls, voicemails whatsoever when we need to talk to them). Response time is something that leaves much to be desired from Quotacy.

USBravo for your company! From the very start of this process, your company has been exemplary! I knew that with my previous health issues it may be difficult to secure life insurance but that did not deter you from pressing in the get it for me. I am impressed not only with the thoroughness of your company but the fact that even though I was initially denied coverage, it did not stop Alex Kempf and his assistant James Santiago or Renee Soltis from pressing in the find Gerber and getting it! USLocal agents here in Topeka Kansas gave… Local agents here in Topeka Kansas gave up on me in finding life insurance. Eric Kelly and his team did not stop until they found one for me. They always keep me informed about the status of the application. This is how customer service looks like. Excellent job.

USIf they are guilty of anything If they are guilty of anything, it is perhaps over-communication. I wish there was a preferred contact method that would reduce the calls, texts, and emails - but they were responsive no matter how I replied. The whole process was smooth, everything was scheduled and coordinated, and the I got the rate I was told at the beginning. I have no complaints, I'm not a phone call person, but that's not really their fault. :-)
