I wish there was a preferred contact method that would reduce the calls, texts, and emails - but they were responsive no matter how I replied. The whole process was smooth, everything was scheduled and coordinated, and the I got the rate I was told at the beginning. I have no complaints, I'm not a phone call person, but that's not really their fault. :-)

My agent Alex assisted me and never pressured me with calls or emails. I took a bit longer deciding due to pandemic but finally purchased a policy to fit my needs at a great rate for my age(55).
