Answered all of my questions and concerns and gave me options based on my specific needs. I also didn’t realize I hadn’t paid for my second payment for my life insurance and her assistant, Morgan thankfully send me an email letting me know I needed to pay it and it was not too late! I am soo thankful for their service and loyalty. No fees and their interest is me my best option.

GBBravo for your company! From the very start of this process, your company has been exemplary! I knew that with my previous health issues it may be difficult to secure life insurance but that did not deter you from pressing in the get it for me. I am impressed not only with the thoroughness of your company but the fact that even though I was initially denied coverage, it did not stop Alex Kempf and his assistant James Santiago or Renee Soltis from pressing in the find Gerber and getting it! GBHappy with policy but not so with Quotacy Agent response time I went with Quotacy for me and my spouse Term insurance quotes and during the overall process. We are happy to get the policies but I felt that there is a lack of urgency and customer obsession from the agent who helped us. I had a hard time reaching them out (no response to emails, calls, voicemails whatsoever when we need to talk to them). Response time is something that leaves much to be desired from Quotacy.
