GBBEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! WOW! Best customer service throughout the whole process. This company really does represent the interest of those shopping for insurance coverage. When there were unexpected issues that impacted my application, Quotacy went to bat for me. As a result, I will save almost $500 per year in premiums. That's 5 thousand dollars over the life of my 10 year term policy. I will recommend Quotacy to all my friends.

GBdid not have the experience I was… did not have the experience I was hoping for. My representative, Tayes B who is an agent, provided fake and inaccurate to me. Not only were the quotes she provided low ball quotes ( meaning rates I would NEVER achieve) she recommended a company that is NOT even offering insurance to type 1 diabetics at this time. Any agent who is workin with a diabetic should be properly trained, and should NOT provide fake information to a consumer. There's no reason for this behaviour. If you don't know how to quote someone with type 1 diabetes, then just admit it.
