Not only were the quotes she provided low ball quotes ( meaning rates I would NEVER achieve) she recommended a company that is NOT even offering insurance to type 1 diabetics at this time. Any agent who is workin with a diabetic should be properly trained, and should NOT provide fake information to a consumer. There's no reason for this behaviour. If you don't know how to quote someone with type 1 diabetes, then just admit it.
