He took the steps to ensure ML fixed a typo on their part, got my money refunded, and he made sure they provided the documentation explaining the typo so I could close on time before incurring extra fees! Carla Bryson was phenomenal as well and I am going to be coming back to her for closing and other legal services in the future. Overall...
