Super easy refi Super easy refi! The only negative was due to the overwhelming amount of people getting refi’s it took more than 60 days to close. Good thing we weren’t desperate to close earlier. Would definitely use them again though.

He took the steps to ensure ML fixed a typo on their part, got my money refunded, and he made sure they provided the documentation explaining the typo so I could close on time before incurring extra fees! Carla Bryson was phenomenal as well and I am going to be coming back to her for closing and other legal services in the future. Overall... I am completely satisfied with my experience and will be returning to Cap Center in the future.

Easy and Efficient I am amazed at how easy and efficient this process was. I was with Rocket Mortgage and LoanDepot before this and was aghast at their tortuous loan process. CapCenter was ten times faster and all of their associates were smart, capable and responsive. They also offer insurance brokering services which saved me money on my homeowners insurance. Highly recommend them!

Excellent Service. Helpful and Responsive I had an excellent experience with Cap Center. I refinanced my mortgage through them back in 2021 and recently they helped me get a new landlord insurance policy. Amanda was very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. With her help, I was able to save a couple hundred off my existing insurance policy. Thank you Amanda!
