When you see the money you save, using CapCenter is a 'no brainer'! I cannot believe how quick and easy the process of refinancing our home was with CapCenter! Not to mention saving us quite a bit of money. Other lenders will promise you this and that, but cannot match the savings you get with CapCenter. THEN an extra bonus - they sold us new insurance (home and cars) and saved us a lot money there! It was overall an exceptional experience!! Highly, highly recommend!

Ok, could have gone better Leading up to the closing everything was fine except the appraisal was a low ball and had to redone. Once a new appraisal was available the appraisal dept did not alert the underwriting dept therefore at the closing the figures were wrong. Had to wait 4 hours to close. Then once the cash out was wired, it was the wrong amount and took almost 48 hrs to correct. Not happy with the end of the process but Jordan up until that point was A+

Fantastic Experience Fantastic! This was our first time using Cap Center and were extremely pleased with the entire experience. The process was simple, efficient and timely. Every person we dealt with during each step was knowledgeable, friendly and kept us informed. We didn’t even have to drive anywhere for the closing, the attorney came to our home and we got it done in about 30 minutes! All of this on top of no closing costs. Five stars all day long!

Easy and Efficient I am amazed at how easy and efficient this process was. I was with Rocket Mortgage and LoanDepot before this and was aghast at their tortuous loan process. CapCenter was ten times faster and all of their associates were smart, capable and responsive. They also offer insurance brokering services which saved me money on my homeowners insurance. Highly recommend them!
