Super easy refi Super easy refi! The only negative was due to the overwhelming amount of people getting refi’s it took more than 60 days to close. Good thing we weren’t desperate to close earlier. Would definitely use them again though.

Easy and Efficient I am amazed at how easy and efficient this process was. I was with Rocket Mortgage and LoanDepot before this and was aghast at their tortuous loan process. CapCenter was ten times faster and all of their associates were smart, capable and responsive. They also offer insurance brokering services which saved me money on my homeowners insurance. Highly recommend them!

My wife and I enjoyed working with CapCenter… My wife and I enjoyed working with CapCenter online, through the online portal, or phone calls. Everyone was polite with how sometimes they had to explain things to me a few times because of the way of my war disabilities. I am glad I can give you five stars, and we are already referring CapCenter to our friends and anyone who wants to buy a house (I would say our enemies, but we don't have any...).

Check out Cap Center before you sign a contract to sell your house! First and foremost, the house was under contract in two days. That proves Cap Center's excellent marketing skills. Second, my Agent Brian S. was very knowledgeable and although I had a few hiccups along the way, he always provided encouragement and sound advice. This prove to me he was constantly helping me, eventhough I was not his only client at the time. Lastly, I would highly recommend anyone selling a house to compare the fees against Cap Center. I will guarantee their fees are much less and will guarantee the service is much better than other real estate agencies.

Very Smooth Loan Process Our loan agent was excellent. She was always helpful and clear, and made the process go smoothly. Together with our own lawyer, this was the smoothest mortgage financing (of 6 or 7) that we have ever done. That plus the fact that Cap Center offered the lowest rate of the four places we contacted, including two with closing costs. The online application process worked well for the most part. Sometimes it was not clear what exactly was wanted, and we needed the link provided by Lexi to get to the right place. Logging onto the site didn't work.
