GBPretty smooth refinance process… Pretty smooth refinance process overall. Couple of minor things kept me from giving 5 stars - late recognizing house was titled under living trust and closing started 30 minutes late. Efficient process other than that,. All CapCenter associates were very nice and helpful.

GBAndy Latham is my Mortgage Hero Andy Latham is my Mortgage Hero! He took the steps to ensure ML fixed a typo on their part, got my money refunded, and he made sure they provided the documentation explaining the typo so I could close on time before incurring extra fees! Carla Bryson was phenomenal as well and I am going to be coming back to her for closing and other legal services in the future. Overall... I am completely satisfied with my experience and will be returning to Cap Center in the future.

GBCheck out Cap Center before you sign a contract to sell your house! First and foremost, the house was under contract in two days. That proves Cap Center's excellent marketing skills. Second, my Agent Brian S. was very knowledgeable and although I had a few hiccups along the way, he always provided encouragement and sound advice. This prove to me he was constantly helping me, eventhough I was not his only client at the time. Lastly, I would highly recommend anyone selling a house to compare the fees against Cap Center. I will guarantee their fees are much less and will guarantee the service is much better than other real estate agencies.

GBWhen you see the money you save, using CapCenter is a 'no brainer'! I cannot believe how quick and easy the process of refinancing our home was with CapCenter! Not to mention saving us quite a bit of money. Other lenders will promise you this and that, but cannot match the savings you get with CapCenter. THEN an extra bonus - they sold us new insurance (home and cars) and saved us a lot money there! It was overall an exceptional experience!! Highly, highly recommend!

GBMy wife and I enjoyed working with CapCenter… My wife and I enjoyed working with CapCenter online, through the online portal, or phone calls. Everyone was polite with how sometimes they had to explain things to me a few times because of the way of my war disabilities. I am glad I can give you five stars, and we are already referring CapCenter to our friends and anyone who wants to buy a house (I would say our enemies, but we don't have any...).
