GBInitial request for quote was great but… Initial request for quote was great but rep assigned did not supply policy comparison till I asked twice, got "canned" response even though actual other quote was sent. Comparision was wrong and last email resorted to "fear tactics" to try and get me to book policy. Got same for a lot less elsewhere.

GBPayton was super responsive and quite… Payton was super responsive and quite knowledgeable in the STR market! My hometown agent quoted a policy, but advised me to go with Proper as they specialize in this area and would better be able to serve me. She was right!
