QAI am a new customer and they handled my… I am a new customer and they handled my claim with no issues for the full amount I was charged. All by email. They even took action against the hire car company in Heathrow who were overcharging me for something really minor! Thanks for your support.

ILThe company is good, but response time slow This is the amended review for my experience with the company. After some misunderstanding, they handled my claim properly and I was fully paid by the sum charged by the rental company. Although it took a long time to receive the money eventually the company handles the claims properly. Be prepared that part of the payement goes for PayPal fees as probably this is the only way the compang pays claims. I’m ok with that, as it’s only about 3-4%, but may be useful to ask if other options are available. As well there is an additional fee if money is withdrawn to the bank account.

RUInsurance in Germany We took a rental car in Germany, insurance policy we have bought at CarInsuRent. Unfortunately we damaged a car (( Broker kept about EUR 210 from the deposit (it cost EUR 400 when we took a car), then we made a request to CarInsuRent. All money was transferred to my card in a few weeks.

BEFabulous service Fabulous service. There was some damage to the car, which the rental company claimed was my fault, which I totally refuted. Following a few e-mails between them and myself, they decided to charge my credit card for the damage, and I had no option but to pay. I opened a claim at CarInsuRent, and within a few days they reimbursed me the whole amount.
