However, the documentation including the policy were spot on and timely sent to us. We did incur some damage and submitted our claim somewhat late due to personal matters, but Insurent moved the claim forward promptly and once their questions were answered we received our reimbursement through PayPal with no issues. Their follow up and communication was key to a good experience. We will use them for sure our next trip abroad.

Very happy I have bought two yearly policies with CarInsurent so far based on the good reviews here. Thinking that I would never need to use it, unfortunately I was wrong and had an accident with my rental car while traveling abroad. Fabulous service Fabulous service. There was some damage to the car, which the rental company claimed was my fault, which I totally refuted. Following a few e-mails between them and myself, they decided to charge my credit card for the damage, and I had no option but to pay. I opened a claim at CarInsuRent, and within a few days they reimbursed me the whole amount.
