Finalize the claim I have used carinsurent car hire excess insurance for 3 years. Unfortunately Avis charged me EUR 360 for a tiny scratch and also I had to claim. Although it took them 6 weeks to finalize the claim (probably due to covid19), I got the money and I am pleased to recommend.
