BEFabulous service Fabulous service. There was some damage to the car, which the rental company claimed was my fault, which I totally refuted. Following a few e-mails between them and myself, they decided to charge my credit card for the damage, and I had no option but to pay. I opened a claim at CarInsuRent, and within a few days they reimbursed me the whole amount.

RUI'm really happy that I can get… I'm really happy that I can get insurance here. In my opinion, this is only one company in the world working with clients from the region of Russia. The price of services is really impressive, especially when you make an annual insurance. Nice attention of managers who personally called to explain me the procedure (not at once clear how to arrange annual insurance).

ILVery happy with Carinsurent Very happy with Carinsurent! they are prompt and friendly. and not too expensive. I've had a great experience with them when I had to file a claim following some minor damage on my rental. I'll be using them again and again from now on, and you should too.

CAFinalize the claim I have used carinsurent car hire excess insurance for 3 years. Unfortunately Avis charged me EUR 360 for a tiny scratch and also I had to claim. Although it took them 6 weeks to finalize the claim (probably due to covid19), I got the money and I am pleased to recommend.

GBThis company was highly rated on the… This company was highly rated on the Internet. Our first experience with this additional layer of coverage and we were a bit nervous. However, the documentation including the policy were spot on and timely sent to us. We did incur some damage and submitted our claim somewhat late due to personal matters, but Insurent moved the claim forward promptly and once their questions were answered we received our reimbursement through PayPal with no issues. Their follow up and communication was key to a good experience. We will use them for sure our next trip abroad.
