When I actually purchase my trip, I will then purchase my travel insurance from her. She found John Hancock's Silver travel plan the best for my age and being able to cancel for any reason at the best price for the quality offered.

Marvelous experience Marvelous experience. I spoke on the phone today with Bettye Ridley. I am a teacher. Unfortunately, in the background I had several rowdy 4th grade students in the classroom. There were only nine of them but they made enough ruckus for twenty of them! Ms. Ridley remained professional and informative. She offered me helpful information that I never knew! AND she even held on for awhile when I had to separate two students from one another. I highly recommend Ms. Ridley for any potential customer or any employee trainee.

You buy a policy You buy a policy, good luck in getting a question asked or a body to assist. They don't assist in refunds and push you to eternal hold with the insurance company they sold you. Your on your own once you pay the premium. Just another internet service that has no customer care......
