STAY AWAY! What started off as a good process turned into a nightmare. Lack of communication over 60 days to issue 2 terms polices with two healthy individuals. Sent emails to our case manager, required multiple follow ups. Sales agent stopped responding. Disaster.

Was getting a little put down with… Was getting a little put down with insurance companies. Filling out forms, answering questions, being tested and then finding out you were rejected. This time it was different the questions were asked up front of what I was looking for. Told them out right I wanted x amount of insurance. We ended up doing two policies which I hope will work out fine when the time comes.

GRADING TRULY THE TRUE QUALITY OF A BROKER Like most folks, I have been shopping around for the insurance policy and talking to many different brokers, I honestly think that Mr Rhodes Clayton is one of the knowledgeable, professional and most importantly, honest and friendly person I have ever spoken to throughout my ins. shopping experiences. Furthermore, like the ratings we would use in the navy, Mr Rhodes is a true "5.0" sailor!

Go for Sproutt I would like to say to Susette, thank you for being such a wonderful human being, I’ve appreciated every moment working with you,,,,youve made this process enjoyable not just bearable but enjoyable……I’ve had other ins companies reach out with quotes and interest in helping but they were all unbearable!!! Sprout as a whole I commend you for your choice in representation your teams go out of their way to serve the customer they are patient, they actually hear what you say not just listen, and ALWAYS follow up!!!!
