Fast Service I spent months on phone calls trying to get life insurance. Genuinely decent folks Genuinely decent folks. Customer service is on point and after trying to find insurance even with PTSD while serving my country and being denied by most insrance companies they came through. You cant miss with this company. STAY AWAY! What started off as a good process turned into a nightmare. Lack of communication over 60 days to issue 2 terms polices with two healthy individuals. Sent emails to our case manager, required multiple follow ups. Sales agent stopped responding. Disaster.
