Genuinely decent folks Genuinely decent folks. Customer service is on point and after trying to find insurance even with PTSD while serving my country and being denied by most insrance companies they came through. You cant miss with this company. Highly recommend Fantastic company for helping you find the right life insurance for you. This is my first time getting life insurance and I really didn't know what to expect. Was getting a little put down with… Was getting a little put down with insurance companies. Filling out forms, answering questions, being tested and then finding out you were rejected. This time it was different the questions were asked up front of what I was looking for. Told them out right I wanted x amount of insurance. We ended up doing two policies which I hope will work out fine when the time comes.

STAY AWAY! What started off as a good process turned into a nightmare. Lack of communication over 60 days to issue 2 terms polices with two healthy individuals. Sent emails to our case manager, required multiple follow ups. Sales agent stopped responding. Disaster.
