GBI thought all was lost, but then I remembered I had Akko My recently purchased but out-of-warranty Pixel 7 Pro decided to stop working. I tried everything that the google team suggested and then took it to a repair shop. They said it was DOA and nothing they could do for me after testing everything they could. Akko took care of this without hassle. They responded in less than 24 hours, and after asking for a little more documentation, I had the reimbursement for a replacement phone in my account. They even gave me a prepaid shipping label to send back the broken phone. All by email, all very smooth. Thank you Akko for being there for me when I need you.

GB2nd claim done with no complaints This is my 2nd claim done with Akko and I have no complaints overall getting my daughters phone repaired. I found a guy that literally fixed the screen in 15 mins. I submitted the receipt and was reimbursed immediately. It takes a little work on your end but at $9 a month compared to $17 with tmobile, I have no issue taking a pic or 2 and waiting a bit for a reply.

GBFast, affordable, & easy! I’ve never had such a pleasant experience with an insurance company before. AKKO is affordable and makes getting coverage simple. In addition to this, they make the claims process incredibly easy and stress free.
