GB2nd claim done with no complaints This is my 2nd claim done with Akko and I have no complaints overall getting my daughters phone repaired. I found a guy that literally fixed the screen in 15 mins. I submitted the receipt and was reimbursed immediately. It takes a little work on your end but at $9 a month compared to $17 with tmobile, I have no issue taking a pic or 2 and waiting a bit for a reply.
