Every time I’ve filed a claim it’s quickly approved and I’ve been able to get my device (a MacBook Pro and various iPhones) repaired or replaced without a hiccup. The customer service team replies to any questions promptly and are always very helpful and courteous. I couldn’t recommend them more! If you have devices you care about, get Akko insurance!

CASigned up for akko and was sceptical at… Signed up for akko and was sceptical at first, but after cracking my phone screen and needing to make a claim. I can confirm this company is completely legitimate. Claim process was a little slow, but all in all they approved and paid my claim with little to no hassle.

GB2nd claim done with no complaints This is my 2nd claim done with Akko and I have no complaints overall getting my daughters phone repaired. I found a guy that literally fixed the screen in 15 mins. I submitted the receipt and was reimbursed immediately. It takes a little work on your end but at $9 a month compared to $17 with tmobile, I have no issue taking a pic or 2 and waiting a bit for a reply.
