Love it I’ve had them for about a year now. Luckily I did. I was robbed on vacation and one item broke. They paid me really fast for my MacBook, iPad and computer monitor. Just like any other place they ask for documentation and proof but if you’re not hiding anything then it’s easy. Also payments and take a few minutes to arrive to my PayPal. I think this has better than asurion. I had them before making the switch
