GBAkkos service is incredible Akkos service is incredible. Every time I’ve filed a claim it’s quickly approved and I’ve been able to get my device (a MacBook Pro and various iPhones) repaired or replaced without a hiccup. The customer service team replies to any questions promptly and are always very helpful and courteous. I couldn’t recommend them more! If you have devices you care about, get Akko insurance!

GBWhen crap happens, it's so nice when things go smoothly... 4 days start to finish, Exactly the experience I was hoping. Highly recommend! Dropped my phone and cracked screen Weds night. Filed the claim the next day, along with the submitted pictures of the damaged phone as detailed in my policy. Claim was literally approved with minutes. Referred to the local Ubreakifix for the repair on Friday. Paid out of pocket just under $320, and immediately turned in receipts to AKKO, and was fully reimbursed today less my $49 deductible. Plus text and email support was surprisingly fast to respond to all my questions along the way. Very impressed.

CASigned up for akko and was sceptical at… Signed up for akko and was sceptical at first, but after cracking my phone screen and needing to make a claim. I can confirm this company is completely legitimate. Claim process was a little slow, but all in all they approved and paid my claim with little to no hassle.
