Another amazing experience! I had to file my second claim and they went above and beyond my expectations! I’m blow away by their level of attention to detail in order to come to a resolution for my claim. I can’t express enough how amazing they have been in helping me during the difficult times of getting my devices repaired or replaced.

First Claim with Akko went Excellent I filed my first claim with Akko over a iPhone SE 2020 that was lost in a taxi ride. Provided them the loss information and a police report and they quickly sent me claim money minus deductible to my PayPal account. I definitely will recommend to friends and family who need personal insurance on their personal items.

When crap happens, it's so nice when things go smoothly... 4 days start to finish, Exactly the experience I was hoping. Highly recommend! Dropped my phone and cracked screen Weds night. Filed the claim the next day, along with the submitted pictures of the damaged phone as detailed in my policy. Claim was literally approved with minutes. Referred to the local Ubreakifix for the repair on Friday. Paid out of pocket just under $320, and immediately turned in receipts to AKKO, and was fully reimbursed today less my $49 deductible. Plus text and email support was surprisingly fast to respond to all my questions along the way. Very impressed.

They are very understanding They are very patient and understanding. I didn't check my email for days after their responses (even a week one time), and I know most other companies would have closed the case due to lack of response. They did not, and they didn't even pressure me to hurry up or forfeit my claim. I absolutely love this company.
