Just like any other place they ask for documentation and proof but if you’re not hiding anything then it’s easy. Also payments and take a few minutes to arrive to my PayPal. I think this has better than asurion. I had them before making the switch

GBThey are very understanding They are very patient and understanding. I didn't check my email for days after their responses (even a week one time), and I know most other companies would have closed the case due to lack of response. They did not, and they didn't even pressure me to hurry up or forfeit my claim. I absolutely love this company.

GBBuyer beware Buyer beware! Stay far away from this company. There is no phone number or live person to talk to right away to deal with any issues. I canceled my plan, and they have yet to refund my account. I had to dispute the transaction with my bank.
