Super-easy product and GREAT customer service! They made getting Business Liability & Property coverage SOOO easy!! Loved the website where I could go on and explore options & what I needed. Every question/option seems to be there and I was able to play with numbers to see how I could get the best coverage for the lowest price. Then I called to ask specific questions and learn more about the policy and what they thought I should consider. Pauline was amazingly helpful ...and a latter follow up call with Karen was great, too. I felt like I was in the hands of a competent full-service insurance agency, with the added benefit of getting to easily figure things out myself. Easiest Way to Purchase Small Business Insurance I was able to get a price quote in only about 5 minutes on this website. What I liked most is that I could look at all of the different limits and deductibles and quickly see how a higher limit or lower deductible affected my premium.
