Super-easy product and GREAT customer service! They made getting Business Liability & Property coverage SOOO easy!! Loved the website where I could go on and explore options & what I needed. Every question/option seems to be there and I was able to play with numbers to see how I could get the best coverage for the lowest price. Then I called to ask specific questions and learn more about the policy and what they thought I should consider. Pauline was amazingly helpful ...and a latter follow up call with Karen was great, too. I felt like I was in the hands of a competent full-service insurance agency, with the added benefit of getting to easily figure things out myself. Thank you SO much for making this so easy, so fast - at by far the most reasonable rate I've found.

AMAZING customer service and product! I searched for weeks with many insurance companies and was very frustrated with the answer "NO" I got from most. Holy Moly! I couldn't ask for a faster process! From start to finish, I got my policy quicker than I have ever gotten one before. Most other companies takes a few days but AssureStart only took about 5 minutes, and most of that was the time it took me to pull my credit card out of my wallet and enter it in.
