I began with an online quote but when changes to the original quote needed to be made I encountered difficulty; then chatted twice and called twice to ultimately get the policy. Other reps were courteous but weren't able to resolve the errors. Overall, I am satisfied to have a policy. I would like to have more policy coverage information available within my login.
