What I liked most is that I could look at all of the different limits and deductibles and quickly see how a higher limit or lower deductible affected my premium. I finished the quotation, entered my credit card information, and printed out a Declarations Page without any problems at all.

GBGood, but variable experiences. With my last encounter, the representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. I began with an online quote but when changes to the original quote needed to be made I encountered difficulty; then chatted twice and called twice to ultimately get the policy. Other reps were courteous but weren't able to resolve the errors. Overall, I am satisfied to have a policy. I would like to have more policy coverage information available within my login.
