We have been working with Troy and his… We have been working with Troy and his associates for several years now and he has been saving us money each year as well as providing a host of information about our medical coverage. Because of his excellent attention and service we have recommended him to all of our friends. We were not going to make any changes this year and were out of town while he tried to reach us, but he made sure he did reach us just before the time to make changes had expired.

My questions are not being answered. I am not being called back when I try to reach someone to talk. I did not understand that my problems were all taken care of already. I am good to go My questions are not being answered for my 2024 needs. I know you are busy so please let me know if you do not have time for me. My questions had been answered many weeks back and my supplemental coverage problems had already been taken care of and it was just a misunderstanding on my part. This is a very busy time of the year for the insurance agents who are handling Medicare questions and I just failed to understand that my problems had already been taken care of. I am all set and ready to go and my insurance agent has always taken very good care of my needs it sometimes just gets to be too busy at this time of the year to get back to me right away when I call with a question.
