GBLast minute surprise charge?? Got a quote, all was well with the world, I was pleased with the service and price. Day of event, went to pay and was surprised to be forced to pay a large "membership fee" that I hadn't planned on!! This is totally unacceptable, and caused me great inconvenience as I had not budgeted for the extra expense! What did I become a member of? No phone number to call, no way to not pay it. Bad form, event insurance now.
