Travel Advisor Recommending InsuBuy for Clients I am a travel advisor and have recommended InsuBuy many times for my clients. I like that they give multiple options and the client can decide what is going to work best for them. Highly recommend especially because of their customer service. When I had to change some details, Katie called me back within minutes and all my questions were answered. It was an awful experience It was an awful experience. User Experience is clunky and there is very little support. Did not receive the changes I was looking for in the insurance as the online portal can only help you retrieve these insurances. Although these insurances for the most part are junk (read the fine print), but due to Schengen requirements, people end up buying these and it's basically free money for these insurers.
