Reliable & Easy to Use This is a very reliable company from which to acquire travel and US insurance. I have used them regularly and I never go anywhere else. When I have submitted claims through the insurance I purchase with them I have little trouble getting reimbursed.

It was an awful experience It was an awful experience. User Experience is clunky and there is very little support. Did not receive the changes I was looking for in the insurance as the online portal can only help you retrieve these insurances. Although these insurances for the most part are junk (read the fine print), but due to Schengen requirements, people end up buying these and it's basically free money for these insurers.
